CERANEO members participated in the coordination meeting on the 5th of July 2022 regarding the development of guidelines, within the project “New perspective for homelessness” which is coordinated by the Croatian Network for the Homeless. As part of the meeting, we discussed undertaken actions, the process of forming guidelines for the development of policies regarding position of homeless people in the society, and the dates of the upcoming meetings.
The objective of the project is to improve cooperation and encourage networking of civil society organizations, local and regional self-government units, higher education and scientific institutions with the aim of developing evidence-based policy guidelines that will enable the increase of social inclusion of the homeless people in the Republic of Croatia.
The activities of the project will ensure a better mutual understanding of the mentioned organizations, create conditions for the exchange of views, experiences and opinions of those involved from the mentioned sectors: civil, public, scientific. It will also ensure that the perspective of the end users – homeless people is included in decision making process.
The project is co-financed from the European Social Fund and lasts for 36 months, i.e. until the 28th of October, 2023.
