WORKSHOPS FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE WITHIN THE PROJECT AN INNOVATIVE MODEL OF SOCIAL INCLUSION OF HOMELESS, EMPOWERING EXPERTS AND STRENGHTENING THE CAPACITY OF CNM
As part of the project “Innovative model of social inclusion of the homeless, empowering experts and strengthening the capacity of the Croatian network for the homeless”, a workshop was help to support the homeless to find a job. This is the second in a series of emplyment worshops held through the three years of project implementation. It was held in the street of Kneza Branimira 53, 10 000 Zagreb on the 30th of june 2022.
The goal of the workshop was to get to know the participants, identify their problems in the field of employment, what obstacles they face in finding a job, and discuss what jobs they would like to work on and under what conditions. Also, participants discussed their strengths, traits and qualities that can be used when introducing oneself to the employer.
The project is financed by the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.
