The Social Letter of Croatia will contain the basic guidelines for the construction of a social policy that will guarantee basic human rights, and the starting point for further planning social reforms according to established normative-value positions Europeanised Croatian social policies with sustainable, efficient and socially equitable objectives available to a wider range of stakeholders.
Social Letter will have impact on the harmonization of social policies at the national, regional and local levels.
