Promoting homelessness prevention in the City of Zagreb

Expected outcomes:
Through the implementation of project activities, we will address the problems of homelessness in a broader context with the collected relevant materials and contribute to the development of innovative measures for the homeless in the City of Zagreb based on relevant evidence combined with up-to-date data. In doing so, we will raise awareness and inform the interested public and relevant stakeholders in the area of the City of Zagreb about the state of homelessness and the position and challenge of housing care for vulnerable groups, and empower them for implementation and monitoring in order to influence the Europeanization and modernization of social policy and the improvement of the quality of life of vulnerable groups. The stated goals contribute to the goal of this call: Improving the quality of life of priority user groups and groups at greatest risk of poverty and social exclusion.
