On June 16, 2023, the fourth job- search support workshop for the homeless and people at risk of homelessness was held in the facilitiy of our partner The Croatian Network for the Homeless.
After creating CVs and letters of motivation/applications in accordance with the searched employment portals and open profiles on them, today’s workshop focused on preparing for a job interview through the role play of worker and employer. The participants received materials for possible questions and answers, and the logic behind each question was explained to them, i.e. what the employer wants to hear and what impression a person can leave with his answer. This kind of role-playing concept will be continued at the next workshop when, along with prepared answers, the participants will be more involved in developing communication and presentation skills.
